With Artificial Intelligence quickly seeping in to every aspect of life, what are the boundaries? What are the capabilities and risks? January 2025, in coordination with YapYap & Howler, Artificial Intelligence Health & Wellness will be tested in three facets:
1) AI-Powered Fitness: Fitness plans generated by ChatGPT4o are tested and executed with physical fitness experts on-hand to make sure I'm staying safe and avoiding injury.
2) AI-Powered Routines: How adaptable is artificial intelligence? What are the best practices for working with artificial intelligence? Putting it to the test as a small-business-owner, Supermom, ChatGPT4o is helping me develop a better routine (that doesn't trigger me back to corporate life).
3) AI-Powered Baking From Scratch: The pandemic taught us a lot of things, first of all is that when we need something our go-to is the grocery store or Amazon. We'll use ChatGPT4o to generate recipes for making household items and goods from scratch. We'll experiment with the recipes and adjust as-needed until the recipe is refined, documented (including Macros), and shared. Through that process, we'll refine our artificial intelligence dialogue which will also be documented and shared.

Let's mashup legacy knowledge- how to make the stuff that we're used to getting at the store and answer [at least] 2 questions: How hard is it really to make bread from scratch? Can artificial intelligence help us bridge the knowledge transfer gaps between generations?
