What Is Tech Buddy Hour? 


Tech Buddy Hour is a one-hour, small-group technology help session focused on real-life device use.


In professional settings, this service is formally known as the
Community Tech Navigation Workshop.


Sessions are designed to help participants feel:

Session Group Sizing Options:

- Groups of 6

- Groups of 7-20

- Groups of 21+
 

Each session includes:

- A short group walkthrough

- Rotating one-on-one support

- Simple, take-home tips


Sessions are calm, repeat-friendly, and accessible.

What Tech Buddy Hour Does Not Include

For safety and clarity, this service does not include:

  • Banking or financial applications
  • Medical portals or health records
  • Password storage or account access
  • Hardware repair beyond basic settings


Participants always remain in full control of their devices.
