Tech Buddy Hour

Tech Buddy Hour is a guided support session where you bring your device and we work through what’s confusing, frustrating, or simply unfamiliar.

You can choose:

• Individual sessions (focused on your exact needs)
   
• Small group sessions (structured lesson plans + guided practice)
   

The goal is simple: less frustration and more confidence—one friendly step at a time.

Common topics include:

• Phone and Device Basics
• Computer and Application Basics
• Internet and Connectivity 
• Social Media education
• Security and Privacy
• Device Storage and Organization
   

You bring your device. We’ll figure it out together.

Fill out the Request Tech Buddy Hour Information form. Next steps generally look like this: 

1) Quick intake (15 minutes): Tell us what you’re trying to do, what devices you’re using, and when you'd like to have your Tech Buddy Hour.

2) Guided support: We walk through the steps together—slowly and clearly.

3) Take-home tips: You receive notes or a mini-checklist so steps can be repeated later.

Tech Buddy Hour is for anyone who:

• has a phone, tablet, or computer
• feels stuck, overwhelmed, or behind
• wants to learn without feeling rushed
• prefers clear explanations over “tech talk”

This is especially helpful for:

• banking or money apps
• medical portals or medical records
• password storage, private accounts, or sensitive personal data entry
